Lace and Lilies is NOT responsible for delays with USPS or UPS shipping.
Lace and Lilies is NOT responsible for lost, damaged, or marked delivered items.
Lace and Lilies is NOT responsible for delays caused by mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet the guaranteed shipping times.
RETURNS
We hope you never run into the issue of having to return an item, but we do understand things happen. In the case of a return please see our Return Policy below.
Lace and Lilies does NOT issue Refunds ONLY Store Credit.
Returns must be initiated within 7 Days of delivery.
You have 4 Days to ship the item back after return approval.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, Accessories, Swimwear and Sale items
Sale Items are final sale and may NOT be Returned or Exchanged.
Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be returned in original condition: With Tags attached, Folded appropriately.
Items MUST be free of: Human or animal hair, smoke or perfume smell.
Items must NOT have: Makeup, deodorant or similar product smears
If returned items do not meet these requirements, the return may be denied.
If returned items are not in original condition, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Exchanges:
We can do an exchange for a different size if we have the product available. If your requested exchange size is unavailable, we will issue you store credit. You will be responsible for shipping costs for both the return and exchanged item shipment cost.
